Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Montecito

This place was absolutely amazing and magical. Definitely above and beyond our expectations. It was very nice, quiet and the nature was incredible. The host was very friendly and responsive and made sure that we were having a great experience. We’re very grateful that she opened up her place for us. Everything was perfect! Would definitely do this again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our four nights in this lovely home!! The pictures do not do justice to how lovely the different gardens are which surround the side and back yards or what care has been given to a simple, but lovely design inside. Two couples were more than comfortable and we all enjoyed the fire table and the hot tub which worked great. Hilary was very helpful and responsive - we highly recommend and look forward to returning!

This place is such a gem. So so peacful and beautiful. The fire place and hte hotbub room are incredible. In the mornigns and in the evenings you hear so many birds singing and at night frogs croaking. It feels so peaceful! I've stayed here twice and home to come back again someday. Very close by car to Rincon surf beach and Ojai hiking. If you're looking for a nature escape this place is it!

My husband and I did a five day stay here and it was well worth it. We wanted to stay somewhere serene while still being able to explore Santa Barbara and Ojai. Santa Barbara is only 15 minutes away and Ojai is about 30 minutes. We bounced around between those two towns and also got to see what Carpinteria was all about. Steven's place is 7 minutes to the Carpinteria Bluffs where heaven meets earth. The locals are friendly and high in consciousness, they are one with the environment and take pride in their role in keeping it safe. The home itself is spacious with great views, the kitchen was fully stocked with the all the cooking essentials. Instacart delivers to this location if you need anything last minute. During the stay you will hear different sounds of farm animals in the distance which I found relaxing. The living room is comfortable with tons of lounge furniture and space. The outdoor decks have plenty of seating and is surrounded by wildlife. If you want peace come here!

Will’s place was perfect for my family. It was located within walking distance to the Santa Barbara courthouse because we were there for a family wedding. The interior, looked exactly like the photos and the kitchen was huge that had every imaginable utensil needed. We loved the private enclosed backyard where the kids had enough room to play. I personally loved that there was a driveway for your vehicle so you did not have to park on the streets. I would definitely come back in the near future and definitely would recommend Will’s place to other guests.

Carrie was an awesome host and her place was amazingly beautiful, tranquil, and near the center of town with plenty to do. The home is a perfect place for someone looking to relax and get outside for some fun. Parking was easy and Carrie was great at communicating with our family. We'll be back if we are ever in town again!

Rick and Lynne are extra friendly hosts who went out of their way to make sure our stay was amazing. They introduced themselves and gave us some great local recommendations. Their house was comfortable and everything we needed was anticipated and set out for us. With three young children, I always look for an Airbnb with a nice yard for them to play in and Rick and Lynne's home had that, with a little playhouse, balls, bubbles, legos, and a great selection of children's books for various ages.

Such a lovely place, and so clean. Enjoyed its charming decor, wood-burning fireplace, awesome shower and most of all the outdoor deck area by the creek where I enjoyed having magical brunches with the sound of the creek running and birds singing. Can’t wait to go back!

We loved staying here! Great set up with en suite bathrooms in both bedrooms. Kitchen small - but we didn’t use it much. We loved hanging on the balcony, and our 2 year old loved watching the cars on the highways. Noise wasn’t an issue for us. A few restaurants within walking distance, but a quick 5-10 min drive to Montecito or SB. The sunsets were amazing! We loved taking our little one to the park (3 min walk away) and watching the sunset while he played. It was a perfect stay!

This charming, comfy and classic stay makes you feel like a lucky local. (It will also make you want to paint your walls lemon and melon colors.) The apt and walkable neighborhood were perfect for our family- 2 adults, 1 teen - so easy to stroll out the door to everywhere. A fantastic home base for exploring Santa Barbara.

This was a fantastic location, the accommodations were as advertised, and the hosts were super helpful and responsive. (Morgan, thanks for extending our checkout time at such short notice;)) I hope to stay here again soon!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was beautiful and a quick drive to the center of Ojai. Geoff and Annika were friendly and responsive. They helped us figure out the hot tub and cold plunge which were great to have access to after our active days around Ojai. It is a little less private than I realized from the description (you share the space with the hosts), but they have done a good job of making it feel private by putting a gate to a private courtyard and blocking off direct access to the rest of the house. It has the feel of a guest house. The vibe was laid back and peaceful- perfect weekend get away!

Spacious, clean lodgings on the first floor of an older home with very quiet renters upstairs. It worked great for our two-week stay in Ventura.

We absolutely loved Maddie’s house in SB! The beds and pillows were SO comfortable, the kitchen has everything we needed and we felt right at home. We brought bikes to get around and never had to move our car! Super close to the beach too! Maddie was super helpful whenever we needed anything! We definitely will be returning to this super cute beach house!

Beautiful and comfortable apartment on the sand exactly as described. It was perfect for our girls weekend getaway exploring from Carpinteria to Santa Barbara. Alli was easy to communicate with and responded quickly.

This was an amazing place to stay in Santa Barbara! So charming, clean and such a great location! Walkable to so many things to do and see! Hosts provided great recommendations for local tours and were very responsive to questions! Highly recommend!
