Welcome to your dream escape in Santa Barbara County! Nestled amidst lush greenery on a sprawling organic avocado & coffee farm, our charming tiny home offers an unmatched blend of tranquility and scenic beauty. Tiny home has one private bedroom w/ queen size bed, with extra sleeping space that includes a twin size fold out couch and a queen sized air mattress for additional guests.

This newly remodeled, private guest house is walking distance to Coast Village Road, the Rosewood Miramar Hotel, and Butterfly Beach. The house has a gated private entrance with a keypad locked front door. You'll also have your own fenced yard and patio with outdoor amenities including a fire pit, ping pong table, and corn hole game. Other features include high-speed wifi, satellite cable TV, beach gear, child-friendly accommodations, and longer stays are welcome!

This sunlit garden suite is located in the heart of the Butterfly Beach neighborhood of Montecito and is the perfect setting for a couple’s romantic getaway or a solo traveler seeking a serene environment. The suite offers a private entrance in the back of our home which is located on a quiet cul-de-sac. It is a mere 6-minute walk to either Butterfly Beach or Coast Village Road, which is known for its distinctive boutiques and restaurants.
