The town is located within the Montemarcello-Magra Regional Park and is part of the circuit of the most beautiful villages in Italy. The house has an equipped kitchen on the ground floor, and upstairs there is a bedroom with a bed, a single bed and an adjoining bathroom with a washing machine. In the attic area, there is a second bedroom with a French bed. This Ligurian village overlooks the open sea of the Gulf of La Spezia, the mouth of the Magra River, the Versilia coastline and the Apuan Alps.

The Villa is located in Portovenere County, on the border of 5 Terre National Park, and features an amazing 5000 m2 garden (1.3 acres) + 100 meters of private coastline line (more than 300 feet), with smooth access to the water. The villa is nestled on a cliff, overlooking from a privileged spot the Gulf of La Spezia . During 2024 and 2025 the interior of the villa was completely renovated, with top of the line materials and appliances, turning every stay into an extremely enjoyable experience.

It is accessed through two independent entrances, from the main one you enter the bright living room, of which a part is lofted with three beds (a double sofa bed and a single one), through some steps you go down to the well-equipped kitchen/dining area and to the first bathroom with shower. The second entrance allows direct access to the double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower.
