This luxury vacation rental of 240 m2 is located on the ground floor of a very large villa built in 1976, formerly owned by a rich industrialist of the "thirty glorious years". Renovated while preserving the hedonistic identity of the place, the space is articulated around a 140 m2 room where you can swim, have lunch, relax or listen to music, and a large 40 m2 living room with billiards, 2 m diagonal TV, Canal+... virtual headset, video library, library. Tennis accessible at any time.

Private Countryside Dependency - Free Breakfast

Halfway between Mont St Michel and the Loire Valley castles! On a hiking trail, you will be comfortably housed in the quiet of the countryside and in complete independence. You will have at your disposal a nice living room with 1 sofa and 1 table, 2 bedrooms as well as a bathroom. You will have a private terrace facing the pastures. Alone, as a couple, with your children or a couple of friends, we will be happy to welcome you and offer you a breakfast with our homemade products.

The 17th Century Manor House

Set in the picturesque village of Villechien within easy reach of the market towns of Mortain and Saint Hilaire Du Harcouet. This charming Manoir was built in 1743 and has been sympathetically renovated, still retaining many of the original features. The charming accommodation is available for bookings up to 4 people. For a weekend or a week, discover this spacious, recently renovated (230m²) fully independent apartment located on the second floor of a family castle listed as a historic monument with a superb panoramic view. Climb the beautiful granite staircase that leads to it and discover its superb volumes and bright rooms. It has all the necessary equipment for moments with family or friends. You have access to the 8-hectare wooded park surrounding the property and its pond.

Guests can also enjoy access to the garden of about 2000 m² with a seating area.
