In the heart of the Savoy mountains and our Croq'Champs farm, our cottage is perfect for family weekends, sports or reunions with friends. Spacious and eco-friendly, the cottage is a 10-minute walk to Lake Hurtières. Nearby: bike rental, swimming, climbing, skiing, hiking, via ferrata, spa, escape room, mine tours... Some nods to this mix can be found in its architecture. In 2022, a renovation of the villa was carried out to create 3 modern and warm apartments. This 35 m2 apartment accommodates 1–4 people, has a balcony (13 m2) with a beautiful view of the mountains & pool access

With family or friends, the accommodation offers friendly and warm spaces to share good times, while preserving everyone's privacy thanks to its 3 bedrooms with bathrooms. For your comfort, a laundry room is also available. The garden is a shared space where you can relax while admiring the view.

Many hiking trails are possible nearby. 40 min from Chambéry, Albertville and Annecy and 14 km from the toll of Saint Pierre d'Albigny. The house includes 1 master suite, a 140 cm x 190 cm bed, 1 toilet, open kitchen to living room. The land is not fenced.
