Monthly Rentals in Monteoliveto

We stayed 2 nights at Alessio's place & really enjoyed it. It was very spacious, comfortable & had everything we could need. The washer & dryer was an added bonus! The views of the countryside were absolutely beautiful & we found San Gimignano charming & a peaceful changeup to explore during our trip. Alessio & his team were very attentive & we would 100% recommend! Prior to booking, we carefully read other reviews & appreciated the "heads-up" about getting to/from the apartment...parking, hills, steps, etc. It definitely helped us plan accordingly as we initially intended to drive ourselves but instead chose to hire driver(s) which eliminated much of this concern...although after arriving, we realized those issues probably wouldn't have been that challenging after all.

Massimo is really friendly and welcoming. There was a small maintenance problem but he informed us immediately and got it sorted very quickly. It’s a lovely spot to stay, in a lovely place! You have to park away from the apartment so pack light !!

The apartment looks like the photos. It is very conveniently located close to the city gates. We had to wait till 19:00 to check in as the host could only check us in then, but he did offer to give is the lockbox combination. We found the parking and dropping of luggage a bit confusing so opted to wait for him. Fredrico came and showed us the place, carried my bag up the stairs and showed us the free parking about 7min walk from the apartment. He then took us back with his car to the apartment. The apartment offers good value for money and is very spacious. The kitchen has the basic things you need and even a few extras like a Moka pot. We enjoyed our stay

Stefania was extremely kind and welcoming. The place is super comfortable and within walking distance of the main attractions. It's also very convenient to be able to leave the car in a private parking lot.
