Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Montepulciano

We were six adults, two children (3-year-olds) and one infant staying at the house for a week. It’s located in a secluded spot with a large garden and beautiful views of the Tuscan landscape. We used all of the five bedrooms upstairs and they were dark and cool. The kitchen and living room downstairs also stayed cool. Right outside the kitchen there’s a really nice spot that’s in the shade for the most part of the day, where we had most of our meals. This is a great place to relax and enjoy a dip in the pool. However, you definitely need a car to get around. The gardener came around several times a day to maintain the pool etc. We appreciated this, but might be good to know if you’re looking for complete privacy. We also had some issues with the bathrooms; one toilet and a shower didn’t work properly but were fixed within a day and this didn’t affect our experience. The washing machine didn’t work despite repeated attempts by the host to fix it. The barbecue is in the trash room.

Perfect location - could not select a more beautiful setting. Il Paluffo manages to feel luxurious and green as well as rustic with modern comforts all at the same time. The location is stunning - pictures do not do it justice. Il Paluffo is tastefully decorated, intimate with lots of amenities, and unique offerings. There was a cooking class offered while we were there! This is a truly unique and magical place, the perfect Tuscany experience.

My partner and I stayed for a week with our medium-sized dog. A relaxing stay, spacious and well-stocked house and the garden is the strong point! Besides us, our dog also enjoyed it so much. Antonio and his wife are really kind and helpful, always ready if needed Beautiful stay!

Beatiful house with everything you need. The house was really clean, and it has all the amenities you need. The contact with Andrea was good. In the surroundings there is not much to do, but if you are looking for peace and quite, and you don't mind driving a bit for activities, this is the perfect place.

Carla was a very kind and friendly host. She coordinated everything perfectly through the app, responding quickly to my questions and the tips I asked for about the area. The house is very nice and comfortable, set in a beautiful and extremely relaxing setting. Strategic location: Siena is a 10-minute drive and within an hour you can reach all the most enchanting villages in the area. I recommend the experience!

Place is great..... Waking up in the morning and enjoying that view is priceless. There was everything in the house, especially in the kitchen. I think it is strategically located 20/30 from all the main attractions in the area.

We had a lovely day at Paola's apartment. It's clean, functional, in a good location near a minimarket and especially the minimro of Perugia which is a wonder. Communication was easy and Paola was very available. The wifi was working fine. If we returned to Perugia, we would rent in the same place.

Super happy night, the whole family was satisfied ~ I slept well!I was impressed with the breakfast in the view of the door after getting up in the morning ~ All in all highly recommended!

This apartment has a view from every window - even the bathroom! It is on the quiet side of town, and was extremely quiet at night, but only a short walk to good restaurants and cellers. I stayed 2 weeks while studying at the language school on the far side of town, and I could not have made a better.l choice. Very comfortable bed and seating in the kitchen, and Giacomo was a friendly and responsive host.

Super happy with our stay and will come back again for sure! The apartment is in a calm area, has free parking on the premises, was very spacious and fit all of our needs. Elisa was VERY accommodating especially because we were travelling with twin toddlers. I have never stayed at a cleaner AirBnb! The place was immaculate, super organised and welcoming. There was coffee and a simple breakfast waiting for us and Elisa had left recommendations for local restaurants and activities. This apartment made our trip even better!

We felt comfortable in Laura's apartment right away. It was nice to get to the beach so quickly and with a short walk to the village. The beds were comfortable, the two bathrooms very practical. Communication with Laura was easy and she had time to greet us personally and lead us into your apartment. We would book the apartment again immediately, the location was excellent.

Wow! Beautiful place! We have a wonderful pizza on the terrace and a great breakfast spread in the morning. The room was comfortable and very clean. The hosts were kind and welcoming. We can’t wait to go back. Totally worth the drive out there.

Great place, even more beautiful than in the pictures and with very warm and helpful hosts :) The stately property is beautifully situated with many animals and magnificent views over the plain. The whole Casentino Valley is easily accessible by bike, train or car. It was particularly friendly for us to receive support from the hosts on arrival and departure by train and to be provided with ferries for activities on site. Unfortunately the weather was not so good in early May, but otherwise everything was just beautiful! Thank you!

Very nice place surrounded by greenery among the vineyards, very kind and helpful owners. Being in the green, the road is dirt but it wasn't a problem for us. Definitely a place we would recommend!

Federica and Roberto welcomed us like old friends, and very kindly fetched us from the train station. After getting us settled and showing us around the (beautifully designed and spotless) Airbnb, which is far more impressive in person than in the photos, they took us for a stroll in the historical center of town, just steps away. They even treated us to delicious coffee and pastries at one of the oldest (if not the oldest?) “bars” in Italy. They proudly pointed out places we should absolutely visit, (which we did), like the National Gallery, and shared some interesting and quirky historical facts. Perugia captured our hearts, as did our hosts. It was a true highlight of our vacation in Rome, Umbria and Tuscany. We give Federica and Roberto’s apartment and hospitality our highest recommendation!
