Includes use of living, dining rooms & kitchen. Living room features high ceilings and gas fireplace. Our 1/2 acre wooded lot has fruit trees and a vegetable garden. Note: Access requires 3 steps down from the driveway and 3 steps up to the entry, both with handrails. We comply with Pacific Grove's "Home Share" regulations.

Super private, peaceful, and quiet; an excellent place for the traveler who is excited about exploring the Santa Cruz mountains and coast. Completely private In-law unit with extras needed to make it cozy. Snuggled between Scotts Valley, Felton, and Santa Cruz it's near Henry Cowell Redwoods State Park, 1440 Multiversity, and Mount Hermon Conference Center yet less than an hour from Silicon Valley. The Airbnb cleaning handbook is followed making this one of the cleanest places you’ll stay at!

Mid Century Bungalow

This amazing mid century guesthouse is set 12 mi. East of Carmel and 2 mi. West of Carmel Valley Village. Very spacious and cozy with mountain, valley views and sunshine everywhere! Water, snacks, local coffee, shampoo/conditioner are all provided! The kitchenette does not have a stove/oven. The bungalow is a studio with a queen bed and I'm happy to set up an additional twin bed for an extra guest. The pool is not available for guest use at this time. Complementary Moterey Bay Aquarium passes.

Great S. Salinas neighborhood within walking distance to Old Town. In Old Town you will find great restaurants, places to get a drink, nightlife, and movie theater. Centrally located, 100 miles to San Francisco, 15 miles to Monterey Peninsula (Fisherman's Wharf, Aquarium, Pacific Grove, & Carmel). The unit is brand new. Cozy, sunny, and spacious, with lots of privacy. There is a Microwave, Keurig, and mini-fridge (no freezer) available for use. There is NO stove, oven, or air-conditioning.

Mini fridge, microwave, spacious patio & fenced yard right outside the door. There is NO KITCHEN. Dogs welcome with pre approval. $25.00 dog fee per stay. Only 2 night minimum - compare to the others which are 30! Light, airy, second story space gives you peak of bay and treetops with skylight/windows. Next to Monarch Butterfly Sanctuary, 400+- sq ft STUDIO space that is private. Free wifi. The butterflies are here! AND we have whales in the bay:-) Close to Asilomar, Monterey Bay Aquarium, Pebble Beach and Carmel. A relaxing space to unwind after your visit to Carmel Valley or hike in Big Sur.
