We accidentally damaged the glass coffee table (the bottom shelf), reported him and offered to pay the damage and Stephen was very polite and nice handling the problem. Good transportation, stadium, beach and shopping mall is nearby.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Beachcomber cottage. The location is excellent, just a 5 minute walk to restaurants and shops and 10 minutes to the beach. Gratia and Wayne are incredibly welcoming and they provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and things to do nearby. The kitchen is well equipped and there is plenty of space on the side of the cottage to store a bike or paddle board. I will definitely stay here again.

Great place for an extended stay! I rented the cottage for about 2.5 months and felt very at home during my stay. Colder months in Monterey mean dressing warm, but the provided space heater kept the cottage comfortable. A small kitchenette was limited, but a provided air fryer and microwave made things more manageable. An overall peaceful, clean and great stay!

We loved our stay at Blake's cottage. The location was great with just a short walk or jog to the coast trail. We would definitely stay there again.
