Everything is very good, the room is comfortable, the washing machine decomposed, but they brought the technician later. Good place to stay.

We had a great time! Clara and his wife are super friendly and helpful people. They were looking forward to it at all times if we needed anything and offered their help without thinking twice. The house is wonderful, the rooms are impeccable, wonderful pets: Juanpi, Oliver and Luca, a fairly large patio where we enjoyed a good barbecue and such. Highly recommend Clara! If you want to get to Monterey to enjoy a wonderful vacation, this place is the best.

Excellent host, attentive to check-in and very friendly. Help find routes and the space is very comfortable. Enjoy common spaces, use of the minisplit and TV.

Friendly and always attentive host, the apartment is clean and comfortable. There is parking at an extra cost, I recommend it because around there is not much space to leave the car. They are narrow stairs to access the apartments. In general, everything was very good.

Really enjoyed my stay with Urvita. The spot was very unique and location is very good. The neighbors in the area were all friendly with us. Would recommend anyone to stay.

I recommend this place to anyone. We attended a Pastors conference and it was our first time renting this place. Very impressive and peaceful neighborhood. I plan to stay here from now on. Price was right for the place.

Very good experience, get away from everything and rest for a while. The air conditioner is appreciated in the bedrooms. The restaurant for the meal did not have several of the dishes of the menu, maybe they should comment when one comes in or put a message, still what we ate was very rich. Very good place in general for the weekend.
