Very nice, modern and safe place to stay. Jessica was always on top of all the questions we had and the communication was excellent. Parking is safe and the building has a good view. Definitely a wonderful option for a central accommodation in Monterrey and we would rent it again when we return to the city

The place is very spacious and comfortable, especially by the bathroom and shower separate from the sink, the full kitchen and the dining room. My sister arrived earlier to receive the keys and Mario was flexible with schedules and very attentive. The colony is very quiet and there is a HEB walkable distance, which is very useful given that the place has a very well equipped kitchen and a wide dining table. I would only not recommend the place to people with limited mobility because the staircase to go up to the room is quite narrow.

Excellent attention from Alma, the location is excellent too, there are shops around and what we liked the most was the security of the area. We had a detail foreign to the accommodation where we had to retire in the early morning, I warned Alma, understood it and everything was great 🙌🏻

The area is very quiet. Conveniently close to Parque La Huasteca, which we enjoyed on our bikes. The beds, covers, bed linens, towels in excellent condition. We love the second floor. The furniture is very nice and a nice patio to be outside. We want those who stay to take care of the property, we would love to come back.

A very nice quiet spot for clearing out and resting. If you like to walk under the trees you can climb the sierra to a little Ojo de Agua. 5 minutes by vehicle is the river with cold water but very picturesque that comes down from the sierra
