Very good place to be, the location is great, I was very close to everything I needed. Virginia and Ludwig's care is impeccable.

I had a pleasant stay in Monterrey, the apartment was comfortable and the atmosphere quiet. I had some issues with the smart lock but they fixed it quickly and effectively. I recommend this place.

Excellent location! Everything is super nearby! A supermarket next door and a movie theater too! Place was super safe too. Security to get into the property and to the building too. The host was super proactive to help us find the place and to get in. Definitely worth the stay!

Stayed here a week, we were a group of 8 + a baby and slept comfortable. The owners responded quickly to our questions, were very helpful and accommodating. The place is just like the pictures, I’m sure I missed it but I was greatly surprised the place had two bathrooms (yay!).

This apartment is a gem in the city's industrial area. Super accessible and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The host is exceptional, offering unparalleled treatment that surpasses any other accommodations in the area. The experience was really wonderful and the price is very affordable. Highly recommended!

The arrival was super simple, we have the parking space for our car. The host was super friendly and looked out for us by message. The super cute, comfortable apartment in a matter of cleanliness was spotless. Super recommended since you can move without problem, if you go to a concert in the Monterrey arena, this is the place for you.

The entrance is controlled, it has a very impressive view of the city and a terrace to make roast meat (which surprised me coming from where I am from), the air conditioning is also heating and even though every 3-4 hours a train passes and is annoying, the bed is comfortable and its color palette very relaxing.

Valeria at all times was super friendly and attentive, she even allowed us to arrive in advance to the apartment and her indications were very clear and helpful. The place is as described in the publication. The area is very quiet and clean. Without a doubt, a great accommodation option is to feel at home 🫶🏻

We were on this airbnb for Pal Norte, stayed for 4 nights and it was perfect! Close to foundry park, close to other downtown areas and not far from San Pedro. Accessible, very safe! You can't enter without a key and 24/7 security.

The location allows you to go to all the surrounding municipalities with ease, the place is very comfortable and practical. The point is very accessible and practical

We had a good time staying at Oscar place.

The apartment is as shown on the photos. Pretty confortable space. 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths made it great. The views are incredible and even more so from the rooftop terrace. Beds were confortable and good amount of pillows. Plenty of towels for pool or the apt. Fully equipped kitchen. Plenty of toiletries for my stay. Very secure building, didn’t use the pool but looked really nice, rooftop terrace had a small gym but functional, even a workspace area which was nice. Only one TV on the living room area, not on the bedrooms, but not a set back. Just would have been nice to be able to watch a movie from the bed. There is a gas station and minimarket just down the road from the building which is convenient. Overall a great experience.

Everything was excellent, Yuri was attentive to everything and recommended places to go. I recommend the accommodation and I would definitely stay again.

Very comfortable, the apartment was small but with the space very well distributed, very clean, pleasant and very safe within the building, not so recommended area for walking at night. They ask for IDs of all who are going to access the building, which provides greater security, both of leaving your vehicle, and staying there. Carlos was very accessible and available at all times.

It has everything indispensable and take care of every detail. This is the second time that we have come and we would stay again.

Good communication and very easy arrival, the spaces were very nice, the pool was perfect, everything was very nice. Apartment location area a little neglected and area of many winery and a lot of people movement, easy access to a HEB no more than 2 km. It needs a bit of maintenance especially in the bathrooms and kitchen but from there everything is perfect.
