The beautiful Lac Au Duc in Ploërmel for water sports is only 15 minutes and the coast only 40 minutes. A perfect place for your break away from it all.

Studio in the very center, under the rooftops

The studio is very bright and well soundproofed; ideally located since it is in the hyper center of the city. It is nestled on the 3rd floor of an old building renovated in 2023 and consists of an equipped kitchen with a sofa bed, to be converted as desired. No need for a car, bars, restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores, everything is within walking distance. Bed linen, dish towels and toilet paper are provided. Towels are not included.

Charming little quiet house

My house is very nice, quiet, with a large garden facing west. A living room-kitchen on the ground floor with a sofa bed for the brave. A large room on the 1st floor, with a piano, in which I give Yoga classes, also equipped with a very comfortable sofa bed, and 2 small bedrooms on the 2nd floor. 2 good places to park. The garden is a little wild, but if you look hard you will find strawberries, raspberries or grapes!

Gîte "Callis"

Small stone building, adjoining our house, this cottage is located in a small village, 10 minutes from Ploërmel and all amenities, with quick access to the Nantes to Brest canal and the greenway (bike and hiking). You will also be 35' from the Gulf of Morbihan, Vannes, beaches, but also, close to the forest of Brocéliande, Josselin and its castle, Rochefort en Terre (classified village), La Gacilly, Malestroit...
