Preciosa y moderna casa, en una zona muy tranquila con muy pocos vecinos. La luz entra a raudales en el amplio salón desde el amanecer, ya que está orientada al sol naciente.Las plantas naturales crean un acogedor ambiente. La urbanización se encuentra en las afueras del pueblo y se respira un ambiente de tranquilidad. A 5 min. del pueblo, del supermercado Lidl y de la autovía, 10 min a Granada y a la Alhambra, 30 min. de la costa y 30 de Sierra Nevada. 10 min. a Centro comercial Nevada y PTS.
