La Locanda has four small houses spread across a wooded garden. Each has a bedroom with air conditioning, a bathroom, a kitchen and a winter garden with a wood-burning stove. Located in a quiet area, surrounded by fauna and flora, 500 m from the beach (10-minute walk). The buildings are handcrafted by their owners Adri and Tato, with clay interiors and a living roof that provide the interior with good thermal insulation and a unique warmth. Es un lugar muy tranquilo donde pueden disfrutar de su privacidad y relajarse. Ubicación perfecta para aquellos que disfrutan de la playa y de la belleza natural de la costa, ya que se encuentra a 300 metros del mar. Barrio tranquilo y muy bonito con todas las amenities necesarias a una distancia caminable. Es un apartamento al fondo de nuestro terreno, con entrada privada. Comparte con los dueños el portón principal que da a la calle. Tiene un dormitorio y patio privado con parrillero propio.

Comfortable and simple guest house, attached to my house (I live next door). It has two bedrooms, a small but full bathroom accessed through one of the bedrooms, and a kitchen-dining room. A wood-burning stove, TV, and Wi-Fi. It has a private entrance, parking, barbecue and garden, which are shared spaces. Family-friendly and quiet atmosphere. The front garden and grill are shared. There are 4 houses in a row. I live in one. Each house has a small private patio at the back.
