Open deck on the Pecos River w/outdoor fireplace unless Fireban in place. Community bathhouse with toilets & showers, 300 feet from Chameleon. Other rentals on property, another rustic casita is in close proximity. Pergola screen is up. Road noise is heard, especially during peak travel times.

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit to one of the most important towns on the Santa Fe Trail. This newly renovated home overlooks the Historic Las Vegas Plaza. There are 2 large bedrooms and 2 full baths. (There is also a full sofa bed in the living room.) A large modern kitchen, formal dinning room and a beautiful patio. Large open living space with large windows which look out over the Plaza. This property is on the second floor, there is no elevator.

The space has been renovated from 15 single rooms into 5 apartments. Each one curated differently to provide a modern living space. The kitchen is fully outfitted for cooking and dinning The living area has two oversized chairs that convert into pull out cots. It also has dining space for up to 4 people.
