A unique and beautiful tiny house between a village and the wild, it's a perfect place for a peaceful retreat, a stop on a hike or a destination for an adventure. The 2ha property includes forest, meadows and water streams. It's surrounded by lush nature, yet is a walk away from village. On the property there is a compost toilet and sun-heated shower, fireplace and a sauna. Upon request, we offer nutritious meals and snacks (all good is plant based and organic) for an additional donation.

Most of the amenities were changed in 2022: radiators, towel dryer, TV, duvets, pillows, dishes and kitchen equipment are new. Residence equipped with an elevator, free parking and a private ski room in the basement. Close to all amenities: restaurants, ski rentals, grocery store, bar, everything is within walking distance!

Ideally located a 2-minute walk from the slopes for winter sports and mountain enthusiasts. Hikes all year round, with lakes nearby. From 4 to 6 people max. cot available. NO smoking and NO vaping in the accommodation.

Very quiet house in front of the river and at the foot of the mountain. It has a beautiful rustic living room with wood-burning stove, beams and exposed stone. The kitchen is open to the living room and is fully equipped. There is also a very nice large covered terrace with views of the cliffs of Sinsat and the valley. The garden with its petanque court is private and fenced. In addition, you will have the opportunity to park there.

The little apartment

25 m2 studio ideally located at the foot of the slopes in the residence of the snow front on the valley side, 2nd floor with elevator. The little apartment is equipped with all the comforts to have a good vacation. Equipped kitchen: glass hob, hood, dishwasher, washer dryer, fridge, traditional oven. Sofa bed with a real mattress, smart TV... Bunk beds at the entrance. Bathroom with shower. Hairdryer. Linens not provided.
