On the edge of a private park in a very quiet and green setting, this 45 m2 apartment, adjoining the main house, was carefully built in 2025 and is located 5 minutes' walk from the historic center. This independent accommodation, close to amenities, overlooking a paved courtyard, very sunny in the morning, is composed of a living room area with sofa bed, equipped kitchen and a master suite. Heated pool at 28 degrees from April to September.
