Riverside Priory, 2-Bedroom House

Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

Located just 2 minutes from Provins and 7 minutes from the historic center of the city and its incredible monuments, La Ferme de Lou is the perfect place to spend a few days surrounded by nature and my wonderful animals. Studio in City Center

Nogent sur Seine is a town in the Aube (10) located 20 km from Provins and 100 km from Paris. The studio is located in our small garden of 150m2. It has its own terrace that ensures a calm and tranquil atmosphere. The geographical location is ideal for discovering the Camille Claudel museum, but also for working at the CNPE. A very quiet little rider King Charles lives in our house. At 100m you can park in the parking lot of the church.

The Little Redwood House

Small detached house with garden and fireplace, located in the countryside on the edge of the forest in a small, very quiet hamlet with little traffic. Walks in the forest accessible directly from the house, without the need to take the car. Bikes are available on request free of charge on request in advance. Possibility of having a rustic breakfast as an extra, to be specified at the time of booking.

Atypical designer accommodation 1 hour from Paris in Champagne

Our accommodations are highly comfortable, unusual, eco-friendly wooden and glass buildings nestled in a green setting in Aube, at the gates of Champagne. They all have a large equipped terrace where you can relax and have breakfast (included) in the form of baskets. (At this time of year, breakfast is served in the dining room). You will have free access to the pool area.

Cozy and warm house, located in the center of the village. On the ground floor: a dining room, a fitted kitchen and a living room with a fireplace, perfect for evenings by the fire. Upstairs, a bathroom, two large spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed and 2 single beds, the other with 1 double bed. Outside, a terrace and a garden for you to relax in, not overlooked.

Our house has all the modern amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The interior is spacious and nicely decorated. The living room is the perfect place to relax with a book or watch a movie on the flat-screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals, including an induction stove, oven, microwave and fridge/freezer.
