Welcome to Aurélie's gîte, tastefully restored, located on the ground floor of her house with independent entrance. This cozy cottage offers a private terrace and beautiful views of the old town. It includes a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with toilet, and private parking. Linens and towels provided. Washing machine and dryer shared with the owner. Enjoy the calm and explore the city of Uzerche, its medieval streets and its must-see sites.

Thanks to the authentic, thick natural stone walls, it stays wonderfully cool in summer. This lovingly restored boathouse will allow you to switch off from the modern world, no tv or wifi to complicate things, just birdsong and views across the lake. Sleep up in the bedroom or on the extremely comfortable sofabed if climbing the stairs is not for you. Relax on the terrace, take a siesta in the hammock. Within 1hr of the Dordogne, numerous chateaux at 20 mins as well as some lovely local villages. Come and unwind.

Come and enjoy the calm of the Limousin countryside in a pleasant little studio house. The accommodation includes a kitchenette, shower room, room with a 140 bed and dining area. The small house is heated with a wood burning stove. Guests can relax on the terrace. The property has a large garden. The house is 12 km from the A20 highway and 30 minutes from Limoges. For two-wheeled travelers (bicycles, motorcycles) I have a barn to shelter them.

You can also fish on the pond.
