Casa Verrua offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and kitchen, a relaxation area, a swimming pool, a parking space, and a pay-per-use electric vehicle charging station. The swimming pool is shared with our other two properties, Casa Clementina and Belavista. The rooms overlook two large terraces where you can sunbathe and use the hot tub. The building is protected by a mosquito control system. Casa Verrua is close to fascinating cities such as Asti, Alba, Turin, Milan and Genoa.

It was the first elementary school in Monticello, the home of Maestra Bice, a house full of history. The house has 3 bedrooms with double bed and each its own private bathroom (whirlpool tub and whirlpool shower) and balconies with wonderful views of the Langhe and the Alps. The house includes a well equipped kitchen with the possibility to dine or have breakfast on the patio terrace. It is 9 km from Alba and 8 from Bra (no public transport), everything is close by car.

In the heart of Alta Langa, a UNESCO heritage site, CASA VITTORIA, located in the center of Feisoglio, is a great starting point for bike rides, walks in the countryside and food and wine tours. Outside, our guests can relax in the private garden and will have a swimming pool (10x4 meters) at their disposal.
