Our two-tiered approach

A lovely bright house right next to Notre Échelle 1. With a swimming pool in the garden with a large sun terrace. In 2024, it was converted into a vacation home where you will find a combination of old elements from the adjacent farm with new elements such as a new kitchen and bathroom. The house is on the outskirts of the village of Alluy at the foot of the Morvan. Here you will find peace and quiet, the beautiful countryside, but also the coziness of the very nearby villages and harbors along the Canal de Nivernais.

Peaceful and quiet oasis in the Morvan

Belle maison rustique, avec terrain d'1ha, un étang (à sec très souvent) de nombreux arbres. 7 chambres, idéale déjà pour petite famille ou un groupe comme plusieurs familles ou alors pour des séminaires bien-être (mauvaise connexion wifi et 4G). Nous n’acceptons plus les fêtes et anniversaires entre adultes, cela dérange trop le voisinage. Havre de calme et de nature. Lieux de ressourcement, de création, mais également propice aux échanges. The 18th Century, traditional stone, Morvandelle house with its sunbathed terrace facing its own lake and sitting in a prairie within the 7 hectares of park and forest on the domaine of the old Auberge des Brizards. Massages possible if reserved early.

Saperlipopette Maisonette

This simple but cozy gîte is in the heart of the Morvan, where you will be surrounded by nature. From the garden you overlook the valley with a varied panorama of forests, hedges and meadows. There is a bar/restaurant in the nearby village (2 minutes away), and Lac de Pannecière is 5 minutes away, where you can swim, fish, go canoeing and stand-up paddleboarding. Hikers and (trained) cyclists can indulge themselves with the many routes in the immediate vicinity.

This Morvandelle house is very simple with all the necessary comforts for a pleasant little stay in complete independence. You can enjoy nature in absolute calm. The Settons and Pannecière lakes are nearby to enjoy the pleasure of water activities or fishing.

Take a break... Nestled in a green setting, this comfortable cottage in the heart of Morvan will seduce you with the quality of its environment. Bousson-le-Bas is an ideal hamlet for nature and outdoor sports enthusiasts; you can hike on the many nearby paths and GR, cycle on the small roads or mountain bike trails, fish on Lake Crescent or elsewhere, swim, canoe or raft, watch the stars… or even do nothing…

At the gates of Morvan

Relax in this small house attached to our main house which has just been completely renovated internally. Its warm side will allow you to have a good time, it has the particularity of having a bedroom as well as a mezzanine under a slope so the ceilings are low on the upper floor and the small access door to the bedroom will require that you can bend down to access it… We provide bed linen and towels.
