Our two-tiered approach

A lovely bright house right next to Notre Échelle 1. With a swimming pool in the garden with a large sun terrace. In 2024, it was converted into a vacation home where you will find a combination of old elements from the adjacent farm with new elements such as a new kitchen and bathroom. The house is on the outskirts of the village of Alluy at the foot of the Morvan. Here you will find peace and quiet, the beautiful countryside, but also the coziness of the very nearby villages and harbors along the Canal de Nivernais.

Authentic detached gîte

Our detached house has a fantastic view. The house is beautifully located in a valley on a dead-end road. From the wooden terrace, you can observe the wildlife with the naked eye. Deer, birds of prey, foxes... And not to forget the starry sky. The house has a fenced garden that is extremely suitable for your dog. From the house, there are various hiking trails in the beautiful forests and surrounding villages. The bakery is within walking distance for a French breakfast, among other things.

Peaceful and quiet oasis in the Morvan

Beautiful rustic house, with 1 hectare of land, a pond (very often dry) and many trees. 7 bedrooms, ideal for a small family or a group such as several families, or for wellness seminars (poor Wi-Fi and 4G connection). We no longer accept parties and birthdays for adults, as it disturbs the neighbourhood too much. A haven of calm and nature. Places for rejuvenation and creation, but also conducive to interaction. Charming house at the foot of the vineyards, in the heart of a village. Close to Semur, Auxois. Comfortable, quiet, enclosed garden and not overlooked. For 8 to 10 people - 4 bedrooms - 6 beds and 2 sofa beds - 3 Bathrooms. House functional and in a very good condition. Large equipped kitchen, Piano, Nespresso, 4k TV, Netflix, Prime Video Fiber Internet 1 hour from Paris by TGV, near A6. The old village school

The old school/schoolmaster's house is on the edge of a tiny village where there's no shop, no café, so you’ll need a car. It's very rural here, with views across the gently undulating countryside from the school. Two small towns with supermarkets - La Machine and Cercy-la-Tour, are both about 11 kilometres away. Decize, a much larger town on the Loire, is about 18 km away. There are two double bedrooms, and another small one with a triple-layer bunk bed suitable for children.

Saperlipopette Maisonette

This simple but cozy gîte is in the heart of the Morvan, where you will be surrounded by nature. From the garden you overlook the valley with a varied panorama of forests, hedges and meadows. There is a bar/restaurant in the nearby village (2 minutes away), and Lac de Pannecière is 5 minutes away, where you can swim, fish, go canoeing and stand-up paddleboarding. Hikers and (trained) cyclists can indulge themselves with the many routes in the immediate vicinity.

The comfort and setting as well as the two wood stoves make it a warm place where the desire to settle down and enjoy the present moment predominate. You can walk or bike to many hiking trails. The garden furniture will allow you to contemplate the setting around a meal with family or friends.

Nice little house in the center of the village without vis-à-vis. Away from the road, with a large lot, your children will be able to have fun with their pets. This Morvandelle house is very simple with all the necessary comforts for a pleasant little stay in complete independence. You can enjoy nature in absolute calm. The Settons and Pannecière lakes are nearby to enjoy the pleasure of water activities or fishing.

At the gates of Morvan

Relax in this small house attached to our main house which has just been completely renovated internally. Its warm side will allow you to have a good time, it has the particularity of having a bedroom as well as a mezzanine under a slope so the ceilings are low on the upper floor and the small access door to the bedroom will require that you can bend down to access it… We provide bed linen and towels.

Authentic and Gourmet Burgundy

This house has been completely redone in cut stone. It is located in Civry sur Serein (ranked among the most beautiful villages in Burgundy). Kitchen is equipped with a beautiful "chef" stove. There are plenty of exceptional sites nearby such as Vézelay, Chablis or Noyers. If you like authenticity, gastronomy and tranquility, this house is for you.
