Former stable of the estate, this independent, air-conditioned cottage has a terrace with pergola and we provide you with our swimming pool (7.2 m x 3.7 m).

It consists of a living room with equipped kitchen, a seating area with TV and Wi-Fi and a sofa bed, a bedroom with a queen size bed and an open bathroom with walk-in shower. To relax in any season, a professional spa has just been installed, and you have access to the shared swimming pool (heated during sunny days).

No parties or outdoor rentals are allowed.

Cozy apartment with JACCUZI near Canal du Midi

In our large property we offer an apartment to meet as a couple, family, friends. It consists of a single living room with a bedroom area with a 160×200 bed, an equipped kitchen, a zen area with the Jacuzzi, a TV area with a sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and an outdoor area. Possibility of booking packed lunches €50 for 2 and breakfasts €7/pers. Close to the city and the canal, 10 min from the city center.

ABOUT THE ACCOMMODATION Charming 25 m² air-conditioned studio located a short walk from the village and a few km from Carcassonne. The accommodation is quiet and not overlooked and has its own private entrance. The studio is attached to our house. A 5.50*3.50 m (unheated) swimming pool will be reserved for you. A charcoal barbecue is available. It must not be moved.

After dropping off your bags in our little haven of peace, you can discover our beautiful region. Located 2 minutes by car from the medieval city and 5 minutes from the city center, you can leave our small hamlet at your leisure to go to the banks of the Canal du Midi, relax on the beaches of Lac de la Cavayère or hike on the trails of the Montagne Noire.
