This is a lovely house in a quiet neighbourhood. Spotlessly clean with equally pristine equipment. It is a pleasure to cook there. We think it a comfortable house with a lovely bedroom, bed and bedding. It is a bonus to have private parking within the property. It's not too far to walk to the seafront at le Grau d'Adge. And of course, the house is situated only a three minute walk from the beach.

I was welcomed by his kind and attentive wife. Philippe also came to see us in the evening later accommodation at the top we slept super well, a quiet area. I'll come back I think when I need to come to Beziers again thank you

I spent three nights in Pierre's out-of-season home. The accommodation is very bright, cozy, well decorated (I really liked the framed illustrations hanging near the TV); in short, very pleasant to live in. The kitchen is well equipped (important for me who likes to be able to cook on vacation). The proximity to the beach is a real plus! As well as the courtyard overlooking the living room. We had our breakfast in the sun in complete tranquility! The information given by Pierre for check-in was clear and accurate.

I had amazing time at Christele’s villa. I would definitely recommend her villa to anyone and for sure would stay there again.

The place is beautiful, bright It feels like home. It's quiet. The bedding was comfortable. Olivier is pleasant, accommodating on check-in and check-out times. The best for us were: the beds made as well as the bath towels included in the rental, the proximity to shops, the kitchen with all the amenities, the exterior safe for children. I would this property.

Excellent 👌. Welcome and perfect location for the beach and the center. Terrace in front and behind very well exposed, that's a big plus. Bathroom and toilet also upstairs, so independent👍. The layout is simple but sufficient. The supply of linens and hand towels included would be appreciated🤗.

A peaceful little oasis . There were 2 of us, my sister and me. Very comfortable accommodation and close to the beach . The center of marseillan beach is 2 steps away . We have no longer picked up the car, the shops being a 10-minute walk , or even 15 minutes if you walk slowly on a pedestrian path. Secure and private parking is an asset. There was nothing missing in the property . We recommend more more. It is sure that this will be my accommodation when I come back to marseillan beach . I will add that our host was very friendly and available

The accommodation is very nice: clean, new, complete and new amenities, quiet area, 2 min walk from the sea, parking space on the enclosed lot and in front of the house. Welcome in person by the owner who gives all the necessary information. We would definitely recommend this vacation rental.

We had a lovely stay. The accommodation is very bright, very pleasant and especially well located, 5 minutes walk or even less from the beach. That's great! We were forced to leave early with a few adventures and the hosts were very understanding and responsive. We recommend it!
