Classé aux monuments historiques, Pignan est un village médiéval proche de Montpellier. Vous séjournez dans une ancienne bergerie datant du 18ème siècle avec de belles voûtes d’ogive. Les murs ont été construits avec de la chaux et de la pierre de Pignan. C’est une grande chambre d’environ 20m2 conçue pour 2 personnes. Ce bien atypique est située au rez-de-chaussée de notre maison dans une rue piétonne au calme du centre ville et à proximité de petits commerces.

Free parking in the subdivision. Montpellier 5 min. by car, shops, tram stop and Halles 800 metres, motorway access 2 minutes, beaches and airport 20 min. Small but clean and well laid out. You are on the ground floor but be careful there are 3 steps to access the porch.

However, the space at the back is equipped with a fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, dishes. Sugar, tea, coffee capsules available.
