Palavas, in the middle of Avenue St Maurice, on the 2nd line by the sea, fully equipped, spacious and not overlooked with 1 beautiful 12 m2 terrace very comfortable bedding. car parking in front of studio, garage for your motorcycles or bicycles. the studio is on the ground floor of my house between the sea and ponds. You have to cross the hall/garage to get to the studio so you are in a quiet area on the nature side! single-story, 0 steps, this makes life easier for children, parents and the elderly or people with reduced mobility.
