Monthly Rentals in Montréal

I loved staying in this space, which, to my surprise, was larger than I expected. The place was clean, well organized, and had everything we needed. We stayed for almost a month, and during this time, Simon and Audrey were responsive and very nice. The apartment is about 10 minutes by bike to the Botanical Garden (a beautiful and well-worth place to visit), which supermarket is close by, parks, and a nice coffee shop. We recommend the space and wish our host all the best.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Providing ear plugs was very thoughtful, as the wall between the unit and the hall is thin, but I didn't have any issues sleeping. Beautiful unit (and building) and extremely walkable. Comfortable bed. The unit is in a timeless building but feels brand new. Would readily stay again.

My father and I stayed at Jimmy’s place in Montreal for over four weeks and absolutely enjoyed our stay. We had a rental car, and accessing most of our destinations (airport, downtown, shopping centers, etc.) was easy. The unit is very well equipped and comfortable for long term stays, and we felt like home very quickly. Jimmy was a very responsive, friendly, and caring host. I recommend this place to others as well.

I stayed at Annie's place nearly 4.5 months over two separate stints in 2024. No review can justify how much I loved my stay (reason why I booked the same place twice!). My wife has been visiting Canada while she awaits her immigration paperwork to the US. Therefore, we make Canada our temporary home as it is an easy commute to NY for me. For these sentimental reasons, Annie's place was like our own home. The fact that metro is a minute walking distance was the best thing, along with having grocery stores, and tons of restaurants within walking distance. Annie provided nearly all the amenities, kitchen utensils, appliances, spices etc we could think of. We appreciated her efforts and small touches to make it feel like home. The heating was great on cold nights. The location of Annie's apartment was perfect for our needs. We had to cut short our second stay because my wife's paperwork got approved. It was a bittersweet feeling to say goodbye to Annie's apartment. Thank you, Annie!!!
