This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

New single-family home with 2 bedrooms and fenced garden. Terrace with garden furniture. 8 km from the highway exit, close to Troyes and 2 km from the beach of Lake Orient Forest. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, induction cooktop, range hood, fridge, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, kettle, dishes etc... 200 m from the bike path that goes around the lake.

An accommodation that is very well surrounded by the Nigloland amusement park, Lake of the Orient Forest, a Grimpobranche, the Côte de Bars to visit the vineyard and/or cellars, there are also several restaurants and shops. All this is within 15-30 minutes. Within 30-45 minutes you can find the city of Troyes as well as many factory outlets, cinema, bowling, laser game and more. The added bonus is the highway exit which is 3 km away.

Ideally located, 20 minutes from historic Troyes city center and outlet stores, 5 minutes from Lusigny-sur-Barse for all daily needs, and 35 minutes from the famous Nigloland amusement park.

Relax in this quiet and stylish place. Small Champagne-style house, located close to the historic city center of Troyes, the lakes of the Forêt d'Orient, vineyards and factory stores. On the ground floor, you have a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and TV lounge area. On the same level, you have a bedroom, shower room and toilet. Upstairs are two open-plan sleeping areas and an office. Pets not allowed.
