Nestled in the picturesque village of les Praz, the Flegere telecabine, 5 minutes from the apartment will whisk you into the mountains for skiing, hiking or even more extreme adventures! If you prefer to be on the flat the 18 hole Golf Club de Chamonix is literally minutes away. The town centre of Chamonix is a 20 minute amble along the beautiful river path or a free 5 minute bus ride away.

If you are driving here there is a private driveway at the apartment for 3 cars.

Small grocery store in the center of the village and supermarket 2.5 km away. Well arranged, with a foldaway bed for the comfort of a real bed. Linens and duvet provided, household linen not provided. Baby cot available.

The 28 m2 apartment is located on the ground floor of our chalet in a quiet and preserved location. It is 3 km from the center of Morzine and close to the Prodains Express. In winter, it is possible to leave the chalet on skis to reach the bus stop towards Morzine or Avoriaz via free shuttles (stop close to the chalet). You can ski back from Avoriaz. Hiking trails from the chalet are accessible. Ideal for 2–3 people.

We are very proud to offer La Chaumine (The Cottage), we opened in Summer 2022. We searched across the French Alps to find this beautiful place. We started a full refurbishment of the property in early 2022. With a very ambitious 4 months renovation plan.
