It will be the perfect base from which to discover Touraine, the Loire, its castles, and its vineyards. Simple and functional detached house. Quiet country hamlet. Near Tours 20 minutes by car 15 by motorcycle, or tram relay parking at 7km. Ideal location as a base for a nature and culture discovery of the Indre Valley on foot, by bike, and why not by canoe. A charming 1950s mansion in a splendid landscaped and wooded park, in the heart of Touraine, with jacuzzi access. It consists of two bedrooms equipped with TEMPUR memory foam mattresses (including a King-Sixteen bed), a bathroom, an equipped kitchen, a living-dining room and a TV room. A terrace equipped with sun loungers and dining tables will seduce you. All close to all shops and three minutes from the historic center of Tours.

New independent studio. ChateauxLoire

We are located in a quiet cul-de-sac. The outbuilding where the studio is located has a very large courtyard where you can easily park. You can store your bikes in a locked room. We can lend our bikes subject to availability. We are close to the Loire à Vélo route along the Cher. All the shops in our village (2 bakeries, grocery store, butcher, delicatessen, pharmacy, tobacconist, café, etc.) as well as a market on Saturday mornings.
