Village house in exposed stone, renovated, very bright, 90 m2. Parking in front of the house. Ideal for hiking and walks in the Pyrenees/getaway to Toulouse. Train station within walking distance. All shops in the municipality, on foot. On the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher); TV/wifi lounge and toilet. Upstairs 2 bedrooms and one bathroom WC. A very large bedroom with dressing room and 140 bed. A small bedroom with a 140 bed.

The accommodation is quiet in an entirely wooden style, inside and outside. It is equipped with a 35m2 room with kitchen, shower, and toilet. And on the mezzanine, via the staircase, there are 2 separate beds with a 140 cm bed and a 90 cm bed. The maximum height is 1.8m. Outside there is a garden with a terrace of 10m2, where you can eat, drink and rest. In the courtyard closed, you can park your vehicle in front of the front door. Electrical vehicle charge is forbidden.
