Monthly Rentals in Moody County

This place was perfect for me. I am retired but work part-time remotely via my laptop, and it really helps when it is quiet. This place was extremely quiet. What you get compared to the initial description was accurate. You get a clean room that is quiet, and nobody bothers you. They don't have daily or weekly room service, but I like it that way. If you stay long term, like I did you probably will drive into Sioux Falls once a week anyway. That's when I did my own laundry as I ran errands. When you email or text the owners / managers, they reply quickly. Air conditioning worked perfectly. No problem with any types of bugs or vermin. I did not see any of that. Overall great for me, and a great price.

Exactly as described and excellent and clear communication. These are really fun, totally unique stays. The Merc downstairs is super cool especially if you’re lucky like we were and get a band playing one night. These old Main St places aren’t the Hilton of course but everything was super clean and comfortable, awesome friendly People in this little town, and being part of history is a great experience. We visit Brookings area once or twice a year and will always try to grab this one!

I cannot say enough great things about the Lakeside cabin. Warm and cozy, beautifully decorated. Super clean! Had everything you needed including coffee maker and filters. Even had a booster seat and pack n play for our youngest and a wide variety of toys and games that all 3 of my kiddos loved! Such a relaxing spot! Thanks Micah!
