We created the "Za górami za lasami" settlement out of love for the mountains, mornings with views of the peaks and a passion for hiking and MTB. If it is important for you to immerse yourself in nature, but at the same time you are looking for a place that will give you access to attractions such as trekking routes, bicycle routes or ski lifts, then we are for you. It is a place for families with children, groups of friends or singles, as long as you value nature and peace. The settlement is located in the Śnieżnicki Landscape Park.

Golf house Kořenec

Luxury villa designed by architect František Šmédka by the golf course. Not only golfers, but also other guests will fall in love with the stay. There are plenty of cycling routes and hiking trails in the area. The nature reserve Řehořkovo Kořenecko offers many beautiful places. The villa provides privacy with a hot tub, infrared sauna, outdoor fireplace and garden seating. Guests can play a game of balote (petangue) on the course. In winter, the golf course turns into a cross-country ski resort with modified trails.

A large, modern 2+KK 49m2 apartment is located at the foot of Radhošť Mountain, in a quiet area surrounded by greenery. The apartment provides plenty of space to accommodate 4 people. Accommodation is available all year round. The apartment has a kitchen with a dining area connected to the living area, a separate bedroom and a bathroom with a toilet. Of course, there is a covered terrace with seating, a private parking space and Wi-Fi. The fireplace, located in the living area, creates a great atmosphere.

Elsbeer Chalet

Thanks to the large windows, all rooms are very bright. Special attention has been paid to the high-quality furnishings. Among other things, you will find a kitchen and a dining table with armchairs made of solid Elsbeer wood. There is free Wi-Fi throughout the chalet, but it can also be switched off on request. The permanently installed air conditioner not only cools and heats, it also cleans the air of various bacteria and thus creates a clean living environment. If requested, we can provide a crib.

The apartment is located in the peaceful and attractive neighborhood of Černá Pole, just 5 minutes by tram or a pleasant 15-minute walk from the city center.
