There is even a steam train that runs past the bottom of the garden. The village has a grocery store, hotel and a restaurant. Our bungalow has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are en-suite. There is a well equipped kitchen/dining room and a lounge with a beautiful view.We also have a utility room which is great for drying wet gear and storing wellies!

You will enjoy staying in this 3 bedroom cosy and quirky late 19th century railway sleeper cottage situated next to Deshar Woods in the popular village of Boat of Garten near Aviemore. We are next door so can help you if you need any assistance or local recommendations. You can sit out in the private cottage courtyard patio space in which the hot tub is located. You are also welcome to use the Granlea gardens which include a children's play area, lawn, table tennis table, bbq area etc.
