Unsere liebevoll eingerichtete Souterrain Ferienwohnung bietet Platz für zwei Personen. Euch erwartet ein großes Schlafzimmer mit Boxspringbett, ein modernes Bad und eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Bei schönem Wetter könnt ihr draußen auf der Terrasse entspannen. Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Untergeschoss unseres bewohnten Einfamilienhauses. Wir leben hier als Familie mit Kindern. In nur 5 Minuten seid ihr in der Natur – perfekt für Spaziergänge, auch mit Hund. Wir freuen uns auf euch!

Cozy maisonette apartment

Das ca. 28 m² große Atelier Galerie Blau wurde zu einer gemütlichen Ferienwohnung im Maisonettestil mit separatem Eingang und kleiner Gartenterrasse umgebaut. Im oberen Bereich befindet sich die Schlaf- und Arbeitsebene mit einer Doppelbett Liegefläche von 180x200m. Im Erdgeschoss ist der Essbereich mit einer Kochnische und einem Sofa, was bei Bedarf zu einer Schlafcouch ausgeklappt werden kann. Direkt daneben befindet sich das kleine Duschbad. Ebenso steht Euch eine Wachmaschine zur Verfügung.

Many attractions such as the cathedral, the banks of the Rhine, the market... are within walking distance. Freshly renovated and modern, comfortably furnished with a 90 × 200 bunk bed (can be freely arranged for 2 people), 43" UHD smart TV with Magenta TV, small kitchen with appliances and utensils for small meals and bathroom with walk-in shower.

From this centrally located accommodation you are in no time at all at all the important places: Frankfurt and airport, Darmstadt, Mainz, Wiesbaden, Offenbach - The whole Rhine-Main metropolitan region in max. 20-45 min. By car, it is no more than 45 minutes to the forests and valleys of the Hunsrück, Taunus and Rheingau, Odenwald and Spessart, and it is a "stone's throw" to the World Heritage Sites on the Rhine and Main. The apartment is 60 m² and is perfect for 1 to 4 people.

Our vacation home is idyllically located, yet very central in Mainz. The house dates back to the 19th century and has been lovingly renovated and completely refurnished. You'll find anything your heart desires. It has a beautiful, sunny and quiet location. In less than 1 minute you are on the Main. In 10 minutes you can take the bus to downtown Mainz. Relax on the large terrace overlooking the linden trees.
