Beer, cheese, long walks in the woods & skiing! Our 250 year old little Farmhouse is close to all the rural essentials. Set on bucolic backroads, looking out towards Stowe, the little Farmhouse is a Vermont country paradise. “E.V. is AMAZING!!! Her place is a spotless cozy cottage that I fell in LOVE with when I stayed! This was my first experience with Airbnb and E.V. has set the bar VERY high. She left instructions that were simple and straight forward, she was ALWAYS reachable with any questions or concerns, and her cottage is so warm and welcoming that you feel right at home! She also provides a list of great places you can check out while in town. Don't hesitate on this booking - it is sooo worth it!”
Built in 1902 and restored in 1988, we have tried to keep true to the authenticity of a working Vermont farmhouse. Thus the name of the farm Antiquity Acres. Here you will find, a quiet place to rest, away from noise but minutes to Stowe on a beautiful dead end road with picturesque views. A private working horse farm sitting on 134 acres of open pastoral land with mountain views, complete with 2 spring fed swimming ponds, and walking trails.
“We had a short visit to Stowe, VT area in March 2020. After looking through more immediate Stowe area for a place to stay with my wife and my 2 kids, I booked a stay in Juliet’s farm house in Morristown. Looking back, I absolutely loved that decision. Though staying near Stowe, VT would have saved a little time going to the resort in the morning, the experience would have been same as staying near any skin town anywhere - restaurants, lots of cars and people. Instead, we got to experience a tiny bit of true farm life (we got to see Juliet’s horse stable, chicken coup, etc). My kids (5 and 7) say farm experience was as good as spending a day skiing. Juliet’s place was very clean, warm, welcoming and unique. We’d love to have a chance to see the place during summer time.”

“This has been one of our best Airbnb experiences in Stowe! Pam is superb and so responsive! The home is everything we hoped for and more! It’s cozy and comfortable, well maintained and thoughtfully styled. We love green building and this home has so many of the features we are planning in our future home. The home is cozy and it’s due to its thoughtful construction and design, it has a whole home fresh air system and even a whole home water filter. The owners have gone above and beyond to make this a healthy home. The furniture is laid out efficiently and it’s clutter free. We were really able to relax and enjoy our stay both indoors and out. I’m not used to a washer/dryer combo and it takes a little longer to dry. A tip is to do smaller loads and to do it when you either first wake up or set a delay to run overnight.”
