Holiday rentals with a patio in Morro dos Conventos

Marta e João are great hosts, very attentive and always on standby if necessary!! The hostel is great, provides a quick or long stay. We felt at home and we will definitely return, bringing family and friends and we will indicate the inn for everyone.

The stay at Fábio's apartment was excellent! Near the beach and the city center, apartment with spacious environments, well decorated, with everything we need. I would rent this property again and recommend it!

Everything was great! Sergio very kind and as soon as I confirmed he already gave me the data about the apt. He and his wife were very attentive and helpful to us, as well as very friendly. I went with my elderly parents, the apt answered exactly what I needed. Everything is clean and well functional, because on vacation we need rest and practicality in everything. And people, having the meals looking at the sea, has no price!!! I'll definitely go back. We spent wonderful days at the Pé na Areia inn.

Beautiful place close to the beach . Communication with laura was excellent, very attentive to respond to messages and always in order in case you need anything . Apartment with all the necessary amenities as offered in the publication and a very nice outdoor space. Ideal for those who travel like us with pets as it is totally closed .

Hosting has exceeded our expectations, with an extremely accessible and kind host. The atmosphere is complete, equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is great, close to the main beaches such as Cal, Guarita and Prainha. Also, there are stunning hills and landscapes just steps away, perfect for exploring and enjoying nature. The house is great. The village has all the amenities we needed. The fact that it is so close to the beach makes the sea trips quiet, without a car, and we are at home quickly. The condominium is safe and very quiet. We found the perfect house for our needs.

Cozy and quiet place,when we arrived what bothered us a little was the musty odor,but I believe it was because the house was very closed. Daniel is a great host,responds quickly,and is always willing to help and assist. We had an unforeseen situation with the shower that burned,but it is something that happens,Daniel did not take long to try to solve the problem,and he was willing to help,an electrician from the condominium went to the house and changed the shower, we had not even a cost. The accommodation is very cozy,quiet and well located. Very familiar.

The apartment is well located in Capivari de baixo/Tubarão and is well equipped with everything it takes for a short or long stay. Check-in and check-in were practical. I recommend the space of Augusto.

Karen from the start was super friendly and proactive! The apartment is exactly like the pictures and quite spacious. The site was clean and organized for our arrival. I recommend the locality and the apt, easy for those who go by car or who will get around uber (great prices, since the point is not far from the places desired by tourists).
