Together with our two children and two rabbits, Roman and I live in the old natural stone house with a beautiful garden and rent out our adjoining apartment with a view of the countryside. We offer a small guest room in our cozy romantic farmhouse. The room is located in our barn and is equipped with a shower and sink. The toilet is located separately in the courtyard. The kitchen in the separate seminar house can also be used. The cozy courtyard invites you to linger. Also ideal for hikers, cyclists or motorcyclists in transit. Recently, we have a paid electric car charging station / wallbox in the yard.

Enjoy a unique stay in our approximately 50 m² former dovecote, which was lovingly converted and renovated in 2023. Our centrally located apartment in Heimersheim, a district of Alzey, offers not only comfort, but also an abundance of activities in the region.

Our house is an old agricultural estate typical for Rhine Hesse, which has been carefully converted by us into a holiday home. We tried to get as much old and hearty as possible without having to forego modern comforts. You will live in the house to yourself and be completely undisturbed.
