A converted grange perched on a mountain in a medieval village 16 minutes from the A6, this peaceful home makes an ideal stop over for holidays in the Alps or south of France. Please note - there is a studio apartment with its own entrance on the lower ground floor - rented separately.

20 minutes from the Great Lakes, stay in a former forge with rustic charm, surrounded by nature and animals. Large master bedroom (35 m²) with private bathroom and toilet. Relaxation area with sauna, jacuzzi and rowing machine. Optional, bedroom in an old hay attic (2 pers.) with shower and toilet. (No kitchenette) but electric hobs and gas BBQ available with pots, pans, plates … Hikes from the house, games (balls, ping pong, badminton) and bike rental.

The small furnished building is ideal for a quiet holiday, with a living room, a small kitchen, a bathroom and a mezzanine for sleeping. The sofa bed in the living room allows you to stay up to 4 people. The private terrace, with shade and sun nooks, offers you views of the surrounding nature. Bousson-le-Bas is an ideal hamlet for nature and outdoor sports enthusiasts; you can hike on the many nearby paths and GR, cycle on the small roads or mountain bike trails, fish on Lake Crescent or elsewhere, swim, canoe or raft, watch the stars… or even do nothing…

At the gates of Morvan

Relax in this small house attached to our main house which has just been completely renovated internally. Its warm side will allow you to have a good time, it has the particularity of having a bedroom as well as a mezzanine under a slope so the ceilings are low on the upper floor and the small access door to the bedroom will require that you can bend down to access it… We provide bed linen and towels.

Built in the spring of 2020 with local, new and quality materials to enjoy this beautiful place all four seasons of the year. This small house is 24 m2 inside and has a 15 m2 covered terrace. It is located in complete tranquility away from the road with very little traffic.

In the heart of Burgundy a luscious rural location offers views stretching as far as the eye can see! The perfect cottage to kick-back and relax! Exposed oak beams and enormous flagstones. Comfort and style in equal measure. Firewood provided (October- March) at €5 per day, please leave cash on day of departure. 10 minutes from supermarkets, bakeries, bistro and bars in Pouilly en Auxois.
