We also own a spacious 3 bed property sleeping 6 people situated next door. Renting the two properties together would be ideal for a larger family or friends holidaying together.

Modern 4-star chalet (3 rooms)

Chalet Le Laydevant is a great choice for a relaxing holiday for a family with children or a group of up to 6 people. This 4* chalet is bright and totally modern, has an open-plan layout on the ground floor and 3 cosy bedrooms upstairs. There is plenty of storage space and a secure garage (ideal for mountain bike storage). And the backyard is perfect for children sledging, learning to ski or playing outdoors. The adults will love the great views and plenty of light and sunshine, even in winter.

A spacious dining area is presented with a large wooden table set for guests, featuring elegant table settings with red napkins. Natural light enters through the windows, and a chandelier hangs overhead, complemented by wooden walls and tasteful decorations.

The chalet is only 200m from the heart of the village, close to shops, restaurants and bars. Great location for skiing ,ski randonnée and enjoying the great outdoors. Close to Combloux and Megeve ski areas. Also near to Megève for great shopping and restaurants and Saint Gervais for trips up Mont Blanc

There is hot tub and seasonal swimming pool with stunning views over Morzine. The chalet has two spacious living areas. an open plan lounge, with a wood-burning fire and dining area and kitchen, plus a further sitting area and TV on the mezzanine. During the summer season, the chalet is a member of the highly popular Multipass scheme.

The exterior of the house is framed by tall trees, creating a natural boundary. A dark wood structure features large glass doors that invite light into the interior. A wooden deck is visible, surrounded by landscaped greenery.

We are pleased to host you in our lovely little house/old masonry shed, completely renovated and refurbished with care in mid-2021. Beautiful south-facing terrace shaded in the afternoon, truly magnificent and unobstructed views towards Mont Blanc, the Aiguilles of Chamonix, "at the foot" of the Bossons glacier opposite. Set back 20 m from the road in a residential area. Transportation is a stone's throw away. 2 parking spaces are available in front of the house. Wi-Fi. No TV.

Located in a quiet, residential area, the property has been completed to an extremely high standard. With four spacious bedrooms, this luxury property is designed to maximise sunlight in every part of the chalet. Small cottage with hot tub

Small 40 m2 cottage in a very quiet area but close to the center of Morzine, 5 min walk from the town hall. 1 bedroom with 150 x 200 bed. Mountain corner with 2 bunk beds of 70 x 190. Sofa bed with 160 x 190 mattress. Terrace and hot tub. Bus stop is 100 meters away, 3-minute walk. There are 2 stops at equal distance from the chalet: "La Salle" or "Le Pont aux Filles", line D. There is a bus every 30 minutes, and it takes about 15 minutes to get to the plenary.
