Modern 4-star chalet (3 rooms)

Chalet Le Laydevant is a great choice for a relaxing holiday for a family with children or a group of up to 6 people. This 4* chalet is bright and totally modern, has an open-plan layout on the ground floor and 3 cosy bedrooms upstairs. There is plenty of storage space and a secure garage (ideal for mountain bike storage). And the backyard is perfect for children sledging, learning to ski or playing outdoors. The adults will love the great views and plenty of light and sunshine, even in winter.

Chalet Sauterelle offers luxury for a group of friends, or families, with easy car access to Avoriaz and a free shuttle bus stop right outside the chalet. There is hot tub and seasonal swimming pool with stunning views over Morzine. The chalet has two spacious living areas. an open plan lounge, with a wood-burning fire and dining area and kitchen, plus a further sitting area and TV on the mezzanine. During the summer season, the chalet is a member of the highly popular Multipass scheme.

This is a true gem.122yrs old Grenier Les Bouts is a free standing stone building for a couple.Closest chairlift is 7mins drive, 10mins drive to Morzine & 1hr15mins to Geneva. Outstanding views, top of the range exceptional accommodation. Ski, bike, walk, swim on the doorstep. Village setting. You won't be disappointed. We also own a spacious 3 bed property for 6 people along the road. Renting the two properties together would be ideal for a larger family or friends holidaying together.

Small cottage with hot tub

Small 40 m2 cottage in a very quiet area but close to the center of Morzine, 5 min walk from the town hall. 1 bedroom with 150 x 200 bed. Mountain corner with 2 bunk beds of 70 x 190. Sofa bed with 160 x 190 mattress. Terrace and hot tub. Bus stop is 100 meters away, 3-minute walk. There are 2 stops at equal distance from the chalet: "La Salle" or "Le Pont aux Filles", line D. There is a bus every 30 minutes, and it takes about 15 minutes to get to the plenary.

The exterior of a modern chalet features natural wood and stone elements. A distinctive circular window and balconies enhance the architectural design. Bright red flowers cover the foreground, contrasting with the earthy tones of the building. The surrounding landscape includes green hills in clear weather.

Spacious and independent chalet delivered in 2023 with original architecture. Summer and winter It gives very easy access (5 minutes) to the areas of Morzine and Avoriaz. A shuttle bus passes by in winter to take you to the skiing. Facing south, it is located in a small hamlet typical of Haute-Savoie. A large balcony and private terrace offer views of the surrounding mountains. Modern, well-equipped, it is very functional with its 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

The chalet features 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a utility room, sauna, hot tub and boot room. Snow Star Lodge has a huge open plan living area with kitchen, dining and a comfortable seating area. There is plenty of room for 12 guests to socialise and spend time together.

A comfortable lounge area is furnished with a sectional sofa featuring plush cushions and a cozy throw. Large windows offer views of the surrounding mountains and greenery, while a wooden coffee table is placed centrally. A single armchair adds to the seating arrangement.

The chalet benefits from an ideal location, just a few minutes walk to the restaurants and bars and 5/10 minutes walk to Pleney telecabine/Morzine centre. For larger groups, there is a twin chalet next door (Chalet Rose - with completely separate access).
