The home is a self-contained apartment of 60 m2 on the first floor, with a lovely secluded south facing roof terrace. The home consists of kitchen, living/dining room, bathroom, 2 bedrooms with linens, the one with double bed and wardrobes and the other slightly smaller with 2 single beds with shared footing ideal for children, or for those who want to wicker toes. Free parking, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with double bed (140x200), a sofabed is available in the living room, bathroom with heated floor, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, free wifi & smart TV .

Annex close to forest, beach, Kbh

The annex contains: 1 small bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. 1 living room with 1 large sofa, where 1-2 people can sleep. 1 small kitchenette with refrigerator, 2 hotplates and microwave. 1 very small toilet with shower. The annex needs to be repaired, so it doesn't look great, but it works, and we think it's nice to be out there. Our garden is "wild on purpose", but we haven't quite "tamed" it yet. (so it seems a little messy) We live in the house next door.

If you go the other way, it's a 10-minute walk down to our lovely sandy beach. Free parking at the station. In summer, noise from the street at night may sometimes be expected

Cozy house in Mosede Strand on 108 square meters. Close to Karlslunde st. And not far from Copenhagen. Close to cozy Mosede Harbour, 800 meters to the beach and shopping opportunities within walking distance. There are three rooms, two with a double bed and a children's room with a junior bed. There is a bath, a large kitchen-dining room and a cozy conservatory with a long table. On the terrace there is a gas grill, garden table and sunbed.

Simpel og praktisk bolig til en fornuftig pris. Anneks i tilknytning til huset, men med egen indgang. 10 minutters gåtur til stranden og nærmeste S-tog, og 22 minutter med tog til København. Et værelse med sovesofa (160 cm bred slået ud) og fjernsyn og et med tekøkken, spisebord og lille sovesofa (160 cm bred slået ud). Lille toilet/badeværelse med hånd bruser tilsluttet vasken og afløb i gulvet. Se billede.
