Old mill

Studio open space with an independent entrance integrated in a house of contemporary architecture, where we live, next to a ruin of an old mill. Fantastic view of the countryside. Bed for 2 people, with the possibility of hosting another in an extra sofa (20 euros extra payment). Fully equipped kitchen. Magnificent bathroom. There is no central heating or air conditioning, but heater and fan are provided. The house is 25 minutes from the beaches of Comporta, Melides, Sines, etc. Fiber Internet.

Historic windmill with splendid views

Arriving at Olival de São Filipe means first stopping to take in the view. The high location of the seven-hectare estate provides rich vistas. “Even more beautiful than in the pictures”, is a frequently heard response. The Monte is rented in its entirety, being for the exclusive use of the guests. Monte Novo is ideal for a vacation in the tranquility of the countryside with family or a group of friends.

L.66 is a 600 sqm plot, part of Herdade da Comporta, with a three bedroom house divided in two volumes, a main cement house and a wooden detached cabin and a small pool. This small house is an exercise on simplicity and reworking of traditional architectural elements.

The house has one double bed with big closet in a quiet room and another two single beds up on a mezzanine. Located next to São Luís town, restaurants and shops are easily available. The coast which is about 15 km away offers some of the prettiest beaches in Portugal.
