Our cozy apartment is ideal for couples or small families and can accommodate up to 10 sleeping guests. (6 of them in a 2nd apartment on the upper floor from the 5th guest) For social evenings with friends, colleagues or family, there is a pool table, a music system and a cozy bar. The 39-degree warm hot tub is available all year round and is included. The use of the barrel sauna can be booked. Unfortunately, the hot tub in the SZ is not working.

Ideal for walking and cycling, separate entrance, private terrace, no stairs, parking or carport, cozy small wellness area, highway accessible in 7 km, leisure facilities nearby. Fun park, swimming pool, restaurants, shopping facilities can be reached in a few minutes by car. There is also a charging station for electric cars.

The holiday apartment is a approx. 40 square meter 1-room apartment with furnished kitchenette and dining table; 3 sleeping places and a pull-out couch; bathroom with tub; TV and WiFi; incl. Bed linens and towels. Non-smoking rooms. BBQ area at the house. Parking is available in front of the house. The rooms have been newly renovated. The building's exterior facade is currently uncleaned. We apologize for this.
