It is located within 10-15 mins walking distance from the “golden square” and the city centre, and away from large crowds and night time noise. Across the street there are numerous paid and free beaches. There is a supermarket just behind (open 7 days), bakery, pharmacy and many restaurants within a walking distance. Behind the building there is a tram stop which takes to the city centre (5 min) and the airport (15 mins).

A 140 x 190 cm bed was installed in February 2026. Please note that the telephone network may be a little disrupted depending on your operator.
