At the gates of the Auvergne Mountains and the Bourbonnaise Mountain, I offer you a pleasant little house that was completely renovated in 2022. Accommodating up to 6 people, it is ideally located a 15-minute walk from the center of Vichy, its parks and thermal baths. Bus stop at the end of the street and bike rental (5 minutes) to take the many bike paths. Small enclosed courtyard in the back of the house with garden furniture. Grands Rochers Gîte

In Châteauneuf-Les-Bains on the banks of the Sioule, one of the cleanest rivers in France, is our Gite de Grands Rochers. Nature plays the leading role in this unforgettable accommodation. Here is peace and space with a beautiful view over the river. The cottage is 32 m2, spread over two floors. Downstairs, the kitchen with dining area and a seating area with comfortable chairs and TV, French doors to a lovely terrace with stone BBQ. Upstairs is the bedroom and bathroom with toilet.

The old village school

The old school/schoolmaster's house is on the edge of a tiny village where there's no shop, no café, so you’ll need a car. It's very rural here, with views across the gently undulating countryside from the school. Two small towns with supermarkets - La Machine and Cercy-la-Tour, are both about 11 kilometres away. Decize, a much larger town on the Loire, is about 18 km away. There are two double bedrooms, and another small one with a triple-layer bunk bed suitable for children.

Pleasant courtyard shaded terrace where you can enjoy meals. Free and relatively easy parking in the area. All shops within a 5-minute walk.

The Clos Monade stopover

Détendez vous en famille dans ce logement tranquille. Cette maison de 80 M2 est logée dans un petit parc entièrement clos de murs avec un jacuzzi du 15 mars à fin octobre. (Il peut être ouvert plutôt en fonction de la météo). Le clos Monade est situé au cœur du village à proximité de l’abbaye Clunisienne de Souvigny. Construite au 10ème siècle Souvigny devient l’une des premières dépendances de l’abbaye bourguignonne. Logement situé à 5 mn à pied du centre historique.

Bonjour and a warm welcome to you! :) We are Sandra and Roy, two young Germans who settled in the green heart of France at the end of 2020. We speak a little French, English and our native language, German. We invite you to discover the calm and magic of our new home. At our place, you'll find a rustic veggie garden and free-roaming animals like two nice pigs, lovely chickens, ducks, rabbits, and our two cats, named Panthera and Chaudchat.
