Enjoy two comfortable double bedrooms, a pull-out sofa in the living room, a bathroom with tub, washer, and dryer, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, Wifi, bluetooth stereo system (bring your vinyl!), and Smart TV. Enjoy dining and relaxing on the spacious deck with commanding water views, and for the little ones, swinging and sliding on the swing set. Above the garage is a recreation room with a ping pong table as well as a smashing children's playroom filled with toys, board games, puzzles, and books. Enjoy the TV/ DVD player with a variety of favorite kids' flicks. Perfect for rainy days or down time, this extra living space is sure to please kids and adults alike! We are in the private community of Balmoral. There is a private sandy beach 1 mile away for you to enjoy. Beach pass will be waiting for you at the property. There is a playground for the kids, tennis, pickle ball, and basketball courts. You can launch your boat from the ramp at the bottom of the street. For those with an electric vehicle, we have a 50 amp, level 2 charging station. A smart TV allows you to stream your favorite shows and movies. Outside amenities include the new fire-pit.

Community with tennis/pickleball courts, clubhouse, basketball, sledding hill for winter fun. The kitchen is equipped with gas stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, pots & pans, etc. Washer and dryer in the basement. Spacious living and eating area. We have three security cameras for outside safety.

Enjoy peace and tranquility on your private back deck, the amazing salt water hot tub (exclusively use) new sauna, heated seasonal outdoor shower, deep bathtub (showering is tricky for people taller then 5'5)with bluetooth speaker.Comfortable king size bed with European bedding and a single fold out foam mattress on the 1st floor, that was just finished as another relax area, with 70" TV, record player, hammock & hanging chair.

This is a a beautiful, custom house with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and state of the art amenities throughout. There is a wrap around deck along with a sunroom that has a ping pong table. There's also a firepit and hammock out back. There is a gorgeous lake view as well. You are steps away from the beach and there are plenty of trails for hiking and biking all around the house. Suissevale is a private community in the heart of Moultonborough.
