Enjoy the beauty of Vermont at our private cabin. Situated on acres of private wooded land next to a babbling brook, the cabin is 18 minutes to Okemo Mountain and within a few minutes to the Green Mountain National Forest and excellent hiking. Featuring a queen bed, a double bed and a queen pull out sofa, the cabin is most comfortable for up to 4 people but can also sleep 5. The kitchen is fully equipped for you to prepare all your own meals and an outdoor charcoal grill is also available.
“Great deal for the area! It was nice that they allowed dogs as we brought ours. I was just nervous about our dog going down the stairs from the loft bedroom as they are steep and polished. Would def be too crowded if we had more than 4 people there (we had 3). Darrin and Tom kept the driveway clear of snow and had all the essentials. Loft bedroom got very hot with the gas stove running but with an adjustment of the ceiling fan we were much more comfortable. Would stay here again.”
DISTANCE TO NEARBY SKIING: Okemo (9 Miles) / Killington (27 Miles) / Magic Mountain (18 Miles) / Stratton (29 Miles) / Mount Snow (47 Miles) / Sugarbush (70 miles) / Stowe (108 Miles) / Smuggler's Notch (127 Miles)
“The pictures, descriptions and reviews are all accurate. The house was perfect for our group... with the kids having fun in their own space downstairs. Michael is very responsive and everything went well. It’s a short drive to Okemo. There’s a store a short walk away - just be mindful of the hours. Overall, we would happily recommend the house for a ski trip, and although the lake was covered in ice and snow, I would imagine it’s just as nice a location in the summer months.”
The cabin is nestled on a secluded wooded hillside above Lake Ninevah in Plymouth, Vermont. It is located in the heart of the Green Mountains, surrounded by a private 3,000 acre land reserve. Ideal for a romantic get -a -way or small family. This cabin is not accessible in the winter. Thanks for your interest and time.
“My family and I had a wonderful time staying at the cabin in the woods. We felt safe, secluded, and welcome in to Susan’s home. She communicated very well with us, even left us home made cookies. My whole family was impressed with the cabin and all the utensils/appliances that was there for our use. The fireplace was great to have and allowed us to unwind. We attended the Cornish fair and did some hiking while there. We didn’t get a chance to use the kayaks and canoes, but went to the beach where we met some nice neighbors! My family and I can’t wait to go back again!”
