Fully renovated, this home has industrial style finishes to pay tribute to the towns 1900s graphite mining boom. A five minute drive to Lake George and Lake Champlain boat launches as well as the Tiroga Beach. Seven minutes from the Lord Howe Valley wedding venue. It's a unique and welcoming home that has a lot to offer no matter the season.
