It is recommended for those who want to spend a relaxing time in Azumino, as well as a base for sightseeing in Kamikochi and Hakuba, for stays of one night or more. Convenient access to Hakuba, Kamikochi and Tateyama-Kurobe.We also cater for group travel, family travel and long-term stays.The washing machine and bathroom also have a drying function, so you can stay comfortably even for consecutive nights. You can also come by public transport, but the area is more convenient to have a car. Free transfers are available to and from Shinano-Matsukawa Station and Akashina Station.Other pick-up and drop-off services and sightseeing pick-up and drop-off services are available for 2,000 yen to 8,000 yen (round-trip fee) depending on the distance, within a 2-hour one-way limit.For groups of 5 or more, we can arrange car rental, so please consult with us in advance. It is 60 minutes by Shinkansen from Tokyo to Karuizawa, and 30 minutes by car from Karuizawa Station, so you can work in the morning and take a half-day off in the afternoon, for example. CAPUSULE HOUSE-K is a private house designed by Kisho Kurokawa. It was created based on the concepts of Metabolism and Homo Mobius. This building is composed of the same capsules as the Chugin Capsule Tower Building, which is also a metabolism building, and was completed in 1973, the year after the building was completed. Until now, it has been open only to a few people and was a little-known building, but in 2019, the restoration was started by Kisho Kurokawa's son, and now it is open to the public with the interior of that time.
